What are net retail purchases?


A: Net retail purchases include all purchases you and any authorized user(s) make with your Bank of America Accolades® American Express® Credit Card, less credits and plus or minus any adjustments to your account.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?


A: No. You can continue to earn points throughout the year, and carry them forward from one year to the next. As long as your account is open, your points will not expire.

A: Primary Cardmembers and authorized users may redeem points.

A: In order to earn Bonus points, the specific qualifying Bonus Point transaction must post to the account by the effective end date.

A: Your points balance will be updated to reflect recent activity and redemptions within five business days.

Gift Cards

Will my gift card have an expiration date or any other restrictions?


A: The terms of each individual gift card may vary and will be provided at the point of purchase.

A: You can redeem as little as 3,500 points for a gift card at leading retailers.

What retailers are offering gift cards?


A: You can redeem your points for gift cards to many brand-name retailers. Please visit the gift card page within the rewards site for current offers.

Are gift cards transferable?


A: The gift cards are not personalized and may be transferred to someone else.

Cash

Q:

What is the minimum cash redemption level?


A: You can redeem as few as 2,500 points for a $12.50 check or ACH deposit into your bank account.

Q:

Can anyone redeem for cash?


A: Primary Cardmembers and authorized users may redeem for cash. Checks will be made payable to the Primary Cardmember.

Q:

When can I expect my check, once redeemed?


A: The check will be mailed to the Primary Cardmember's billing address via first-class U.S mail within 14 business days of receipt of the request. For faster service, please consider an ACH deposit.

Travel

Q:

During what hours can I redeem my points for travel?


A: You can redeem online or call 1.888.382.5712, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Are there blackout dates for travel?


A: No. This program allows you to travel on holidays, weekends, and during other busy days throughout the year.

Can I combine my points with my frequent flyer program?


A: No, points may not be combined with any airline frequent flyer program.

I am traveling abroad; can you assist with dinner reservations?


A: Yes, whether you are dining in the U.S. or abroad, we can assist with restaurant suggestions and reservations at the hottest spots in town.

What services are available through Concierge?


A: In addition to travel, Concierge offers many customized services including: dining arrangements and reservations, gifts and personal shopping, your ticket source for sporting events, concerts and shows, unique transportation, and more.
